Refund policy
You have exactly 7 calendar days to initiate a return or request a refund. The 7-day window begins on the date you receive your item, based on courier tracking data. To qualify for a full refund, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. The following item categories are strictly exempt from our 7-day refund policy and are considered final sale: custom or personalized items modified specifically for you and/or clearance or "final sale" items.
To start your return process, please complete these steps:
Email support at vigentewearco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Await authorization from our customer service team, then pack the item securely. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return an item and shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Vigente Wear Co will cover all return shipping costs. Please report damages within 48 hours of delivery.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. The funds will be credited automatically back to your original method of payment. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the credit to reflect on your statement, depending on your card issuer's policies.
